Riu Palace Meloneras Hotel Maspalomas , Maspalomas (Gran Canaria)

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and had lovely comfortable beds. The service was top-notch, especially Joanna who made our stay truly memorable. The location was fabulous, right by the beach, and ideal for golf enthusiasts like my son and me. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide selection of high-quality foods. The facilities exceeded my expectations. A truly fantastic experience, though a few minor issues were present.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to charming restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely atmosphere, especially being on the ground floor near the pools. The beds were so comfy, and the shower was simply amazing. However, having to pay for an in-room safe was a bit of a downside after the room change request from unhappy parents after two days.

The staff, especially our cheerful cleaning lady Esperanza, go above and beyond to keep everything spotless. The service is outstanding, with Anna and Emilio at reception being particularly pleasant and helpful. The location is unbeatable, steps away from the dazzling beach and a short walk to excellent shops and restaurants. The dining experience offers a variety of options, though cold milk availability was lacking. Overall, a brilliant choice with excellent value for money.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were not air-conditioned or well-ventilated, making it hot and steamy after showering. Despite this, the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The service, especially at the Blue Bar in the evenings, was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was breathtaking with a one-minute walk to the shopping center and restaurants. The dining experience was good, but lacking cold milk for breakfast. The facilities were adequate but missed the mark on delivering a premium experience.

The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the sea-front promenade and plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The rooms, though lacking a few things, are kept very clean. The service is exceptional with happy and helpful staff. The dining offers a huge variety of international dishes, while the facilities are top-notch. However, the location is noted as the least impressive part of the hotel.
